What does my clients see?
Your client will see a custom booking page that you design to match your brand. This page can include your locations (physical, online, or Zoom), services, staff members, and available time slots. You can also choose different styles, including our new business directory, to make booking as easy as possible for your clients.
Is it free to join?
Yes, it’s completely free to join. Everyone starts with free access, and the prices are displayed for transparency about how to upgrade. With the free version, you’ll have limited features, such as one location, one service, and one staff member. It’s perfect for testing things out. You can upgrade any time by clicking your profile icon and navigating to the billing section in your dashboard. If you decide to cancel, there’s a simple cancel button right there as well.
How do I unlock more features?
To unlock additional features, go to your dashboard, click your profile icon in the top-right corner, and navigate to the billing section. From there, you can choose a plan that meets your needs. Annual plans offer significant savings compared to monthly options.
What are workflows?
Workflows are automated tasks that you set up to save time and keep your business running smoothly. For example, you can create a workflow that automatically sends a confirmation email or SMS when a booking is made. You can customize these workflows to include emails, Twilio SMS messages, and more.

Can clients pay directly through booking page?
Yes, clients can pay directly through your booking page. With the Solopreneur plan, you can connect Stripe, PayPal, or SquarePay, with a 5% booking fee. That means we take a small commission for each payment processed. With the Founder plan, there’s zero commission, and you can connect these payment gateways for free.
What payments does it support?
Bookura supports Stripe, PayPal, and SquarePay, and more making it easy for your clients to pay online securely.
Is customer support included?
Yes, every plan includes customer support. When you join the Solopreneur or Founder plan, you’ll also receive unlimited free updates and new features. As we continue to roll out new features each month, they’ll automatically be added to your dashboard at no extra cost, along with updates about how to use them. You’ll always have access to support and the latest tools to help your business grow.
